“Ouch” Game – “Painless: The Future of Relief” Exhibition
Alongside other secondary school students, I was given the opportunity to collaborate with the game makers ThoughtDen to design a game for the Science Museum’s exhibition ‘Painless: The Future of Relief‘. Shadowing experts in the field, we researched and learn’t about how pain affects the body. We covered a broad range of subjects, from anaesthesia to chronic pain sufferers. Using the information we were given, we had to find the best way to present this knowledge through a game to all audiences. Through extensive planning and designing, we came up with the concept of the educational, interactive game ‘Ouch‘. This project inspired me to pursue Computer Science!
