Exam Timetable Program

During my computing A level, I designed and developed an exam timetable program for A-Level students studying at Upton Court Grammar School. I followed the “System Life Cycle” approach to develop the program. I conducted independent research for the program by interviewing and surveying students so I could document user requirements and create prototypes. I created the program using Visual Basic. The data for each exam was stored in a Microsoft Access Database where it could be edited by the admin. I tested the program thoroughly, using alpha and beta testing. I tested the program using all types of data such as normal, extreme and erroneous data. Lastly, I created documentation including an installation guide and a user guide for any students who use the program.
